Aztecs are a fan-favorite civ with a very colorful military. Their units can gain promotions through combat, making them stronger. They can capture defeated enemy units, and bring them back to be sacrificed. Sacrifices function like civ-wide stimpacks, giving you temporary boosts to econ or military.
